Odisha Govt Extends Grant-in-Aid To Eligible Staff Of New Aided Non-Govt High Schools, UP Schools, Madrasas

The Odisha Cabinet approved a proposal to extend State Government Grant-in-Aid to eligible employees of New-Aided Non-Government High Schools, Upper Primary (ME) Schools, and Madrasas based on the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2017. (7th Pay).

This enhancement will benefit approximately 26164 teaching and non-teaching employees of New-Aided Non-Government High Schools, UP(ME) Schools, and Madrasas that are receiving 100% Grant-in-Aid as of 31-12-2021.

The additional financial cost will be Rs 280.48 crores per year.
