In most places in India, February recorded the highest temperature for the month in the last 55 years. The union health ministry recently issued a heatwave advisory instructing state governments to be prepared for the coming days, advising people to stay hydrated during the hot months, and providing effective guidelines to address the impact of the heat.
Dr Komal Malik, Head Dietician at Asian Hospital in Faridabad, told People should limit their intake of non-vegetarian foods and instead opt for fruits, vegetables, and drinks that help lower the body’s temperature and prevent dehydration.

Lemon water

Butter milk
