IGNOU extends January 2023 Session registration deadline to March 27

The deadline for new and re-registration applications for online and online distance learning (ODL) courses was extended by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Tuesday. To apply for ODL, online programs, candidates should go to the official IGNOU website, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Candidates who are interested in online, ODL courses have until March 27 to apply.

IGNOU January 2023 Session: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website– ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in or ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.

Step 2: Click on new registration

Step 3: Enter your details such as name, phone number, email address and more

Step 4: Once registered, login using your registered username, password and security captcha

Step 5: Fill the application form

Step 6: Save, submit and pay the fees

Step 7: Download the application form for future reference

The deadline for IGNOU registration has been extended several times. It was previously extended until March 10, then until March 14, and now until March 27.

Candidates should keep in mind, however, that this extension does not apply to certificate and semester-based programs, as well as other courses (both online and ODL mode).
