The University of Delhi will commence its admission procedure for CUET UG 2023 today. Approximately 71,000 seats are available through various undergraduate programs. Students can apply for admission by visiting the official website, admission.uod.ac.in. Admissions will be made based on the CUET UG 2023.
“Our portal will be open from today,” said DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh, “and students will be asked to fill out the registration form.”
Admissions for fine arts programmes will also be handled through CUET UG 2023 this year. BCom has been DU’s most popular programme, with over 1 lakh students expressing interest in both B Com (Hons) and B Com pass courses.
Singh said, “The most sought-after course was BCom (Hons) where 1.30 lakh students showed their interest, and then second is B Com pass course with 1,26,239 students showing their interest in it. It means BCom is the flagship programme of the University of Delhi and many students want to join this programme.”
For candidates who did not register the first time, the site will reopen for mid-entry. Mid-entry students would be charged an extra cost of Rs 1,000. The student may be at a disadvantage because course and college possibilities are limited.
