The car is powered by the VW Group’s tried and tested 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which produces 148bhp and 250Nm of torque and is paired to a DSG gearbox. The manufacturer claims a fuel economy of 19.62kmpl. Volkswagen’s Active Cylinder Cut-off Technology is also included, which helps save gasoline.
The new Virtus GT DSG comes with a 10-inch infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, linked car technology, 8 speakers, wireless charging, and distinctive GT details like as red-painted front brake callipers, GT-themed upholstery, and a black rear spoiler.
The Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, and Skoda Slavia, which is essentially the same as the Virtus, compete with it.
