CTET August 2023: On August 20, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will hold the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
Candidates should keep in mind that they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall unless they display their admission cards. The exam hall tickets were made available on August 18 and may be downloaded from the official website, ctet.nic.in.
The main question paper will be bilingual (Hindi/English) according to the standards.
Arrival time, forbidden items
Candidates should arrive at the test center at 7:30 a.m. for shift 1 and 12:30 p.m. for shift 2, 120 minutes before the examination begins. Candidates who arrive at the test center after 9:30 a.m. in the first shift and after 2:30 p.m. in the second shift will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
A seat indicating roll number will be allocated to each candidate. Candidates should find and occupy their allocated seats only.
Textual material (printed or written), scraps of paper, a geometry/pencil box, a plastic pouch, a calculator, a scale, a writing pad, pen drives, an eraser, a calculator, a log table, an electronic pen/scanner, cardboard, and so forth. Mobile phones, Bluetooth, earbuds, microphones, pagers, health bands, wrist watches, wallets, goggles, handbags, gold/artificial jewelry, and other communication equipment are also prohibited.
Utilize the rough sheet provided at the test center for all calculations and writing tasks during the examination. Once the test is finished, candidates must submit the rough sheets to the invigilator in the room/hall.
Validity
For all categories, the CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be valid for life. There is no limit to the number of attempts a person can make to obtain a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified for CTET may reapply in order to improve his or her score.
According to the official notification, the CTET 2023 results will be released in September 2023.
