CTET 2024 Results: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET results. Aspiring teachers who took the exam can view their results on the official website ctet.nic.in by entering their application number and date.
The CTET 2024 exam was held on July 7 in over 135 cities throughout India in twenty languages in two shifts, one for paper 2 and one for paper 1; the shift time for both papers was from 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., respectively.
According to CBSE data, the number of qualified applicants for CTET June 2024 papers 1 and 2 is 1,27,159 and 2,39,120, respectively. Approximately 8,30,242 applicants registered for paper 1 and and 16,99,823 candidates registered for paper 2. Of them, 6,78,707 candidates appeared for the paper 1 exam and 14,07,332 appeared for paper 2 exam.
For the January session CTET test, a total of 7,95,231 candidates appeared for paper one, 1,26,845 qualified, and 14,81,242 appeared for paper two, with 1,12,033 passing.
According to CBSE, candidates must get at least 60% to qualify and receive a CTET certificate after the NCTE notification. However, the school administration (including the government, local bodies, government-aided and unassisted) has the option of providing concessions to candidates from the SC, ST, OBC, and differently abled person categories.
CTET 2024 Results: How to check
Step 1: To check CTET 2024 result, go to the official CTET exam website at ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Then, click on the result link at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: In the new window, enter the required credentials and click on ‘submit’.
Step 4: Once your result appears, download and print it for future reference.
Mark sheets and qualifying certificates will also be available through the Digilocker app. A person can take the CTET exam as many times as they want to qualify for it or improve their score. Furthermore, the CTET exam is valid for a lifetime in all categories.
