ICAI CA Foundation Exam January 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has changed the Chartered Accountant (CA) January 2025 Foundation exams. The ICAI CA January 2025 exam has been postponed in recognition of the Makar Sankranti, Bihu, and Pongal festivities celebrated throughout India. The tests scheduled for January 14 will now be place on January 16.
The CA Foundation exams will now take place on January 12, 16, 18, and 20, 2025.
While announcing the exam postponement, the ICAI stated that the schedule of CA Inter exams slated for January 2025 will remain unchanged.
The ICAI also stated that the test schedule will not change if any of the above-mentioned days were proclaimed public holidays by the national government, any state government, or any municipal authority.
The CA January 2025 Intermediate Course test will be held on January 11, 13, and 15, for Group I, and January 17, 19, and 21, for Group II.
Papers I and II of the Foundation course will be held from 2 to 5 p.m., while Papers 3 and 4 will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. every day. All papers for the Intermediate course will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on all days. Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination will not have any advance reading time, however all other papers/exams stated above will have a 15-minute advance reading period from 1:45 to 2 p.m.
