JEE Advanced, AAT 2025 dates released: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has published the information brochure for the Joint Entrance Examinations Advanced and Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2025 on its official website.
The JEE Advanced 2025 examination will be held on May 18, and registration will begin on April 23, with the deadline being May 2.
The deadline for paying the registration fee for JEE Advanced 2025 is May 5. The tentative answer key will be provided on May 26, while the results and final answer key will be announced on June 2.
The JEE Advanced admit cards will be released on May 11. Candidates will get time till May 18 to download the hall ticket.
Both tests will be computer-based. Paper 1 will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, and paper 2 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The examination dates will not alter, even if a public holiday is proclaimed.
PwD applicants with disabilities who have at least 40% impairment as relevant are eligible for one hour of compensatory time for each paper, according to the pamphlet. Candidates must place among the top 2,50,000 in the BE/BTech paper of JEE (Main) 2025.
JEE Advanced 2025: Eligibility
— Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 2000. A relaxation of 5 years is provided for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
— Candidates should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2024 or 2025.
— Candidates who have accepted admission at any IIT through JoSAA in the past are not eligible.
JEE Advanced 2025: Application fees
Indian Nationals:
Female Candidates (all categories): Rs 1,600
SC, ST, PwD Candidates: Rs 1,600
All Other Candidates: Rs 3,200
Foreign Nationals:
Candidates from SAARC countries: USD 200
Candidates from non-SAARC countries: USD 100
The brochure also lists the dates for the AAT 2025. The BArch programme is only accessible at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Roorkee, and candidates must pass the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). Candidates who qualify for JEE (Advanced) 2025 are eligible to participate in AAT 2025.
Architecture Aptitude Test 2025 registration will begin on June 2 and end on June 3. The exam will be held on June 5 from 9 a.m. to noon, with results due on June 8.
No separate admit card will be given for AAT; instead, the JEE (Advanced) 2025 admit card must be shown in the AAT examination hall, together with the original photo identity card.
