Students from the general and EWS categories who score 15 percentiles or more will be entitled to participate in the counselling. The new and updated cut-off for NEET PG counselling is 10 percentile or higher for students from the SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories.

The NEET PG cut-off percentile was 50th for unreserved categories, 45th for PwD categories and 40th for reserved category students.

Last year, the NEET PG qualifying percentile was reduced to zero in all categories. The NEET PG cut-off for general category applicants has been dropped from the 50th percentile to the 35th percentile in 2022. The cut-off for unreserved PwD candidates was reduced from 45th percentile to 20th percentile, while the cut-off for students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC (including PwD of SC, ST, and OBC) was reduced from 40th to 20th percentile.
