NEET UG 2025 Registration Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA), which will shortly begin accepting applications for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG), has requested that candidates update their Aadhaar information.
Candidates are advised to use their APAAR ID and Aadhaar-based authentication during the application and exam processes in order to facilitate the integration of APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) with NEET UG 2025.
While requesting that applicants update their Aadhaar information, NTA stated that the registration procedure for NEET UG 2025 will begin in due course and that updated credentials are advised for convenience of verification and registration as well as to improve the integrity of the examination process.
It is recommended that candidates update their information in Aadhaar, ideally in accordance with their face recognition data and Class 10 grade report or passing certificate. In order to use OTP-based authentication, candidates need also confirm that their Aadhaar is connected to a working cellphone number.
The goal of using Aadhaar is to decrease manual errors during application submission and assist with auto-populating facts. Additionally, NTA said that candidates can now take advantage of quicker identity verification tools thanks to developments in Aadhaar-based technology, such as the Face Authentication Method launched by UIDAI. The closest Aadhaar enrollment or update center is where you can complete your Aadhaar update.
