CBSE Results 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will begin accepting applications from students for scanned copies of assessed answer books on May 21. Class 12 students can apply for scanned copies of the assessed answer booklets from May 21 to May 27 for Rs 700 per subject.
Class 12 students can verify their grades, re-evaluate, and reverify between May 28 and June 6. While the fee for verification per answer book is Rs 500, re-evaluation is Rs 100 per question.
Class 10 pupils can apply for scanned copies of evaluated answer books between May 27 and June 2, and they can also verify their marks, re-evaluate them, and reverify them between June 3 and June 7. While the fee for verification per answer book is Rs 500, re-evaluation is Rs 100 per question.
To increase transparency and justice in the post-results process, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has changed the order of activities for students seeking grievance redressal for Class 10 and 12 exam results.
According to the board’s revised guidelines, students must now apply for a hardcopy of their evaluated answer book before moving to the next procedures, which include mark verification or re-evaluation. This replaces the prior approach, which involved first verifying the marks, then acquiring a photocopy, and last re-evaluating them.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Results: New sequence of application
1. Obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer book
2. Verification of marks or Re-evaluation or both
This measure is likely to boost student confidence in the evaluation process and limit the number of unnecessary re-evaluation applications, resulting in a more efficient and justifiable redressal system, according to the board.
