NEET UG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which conducts NEET UG 2025 counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions, has extended the deadlines for Round 2 choice filling and choice locking, according to a notice posted on the official UG medical counselling website at mcc.nic.in/ug-medical-counselling.
According to the updated schedule, choice filling has been extended until 8 a.m. on September 15, 2025, while the choice locking facility will be open from 1 p.m. on September 14 to 8 a.m. on September 15, 2025. Earlier, these facilities were scheduled to close on September 14.
Revised NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 2 Schedule
The revised schedule also notes that the process for seat allotment will be carried out between September 15 and September 16, with results expected on September 17. Following which candidates will be required to report to their respective allotted medical colleges between September 18 and 25.

Documents required for NEET UG Counselling 2025
Candidates appearing for NEET UG 2025 counselling are required to keep the following documents ready during the registration and admission process: NEET Admit Card, NEET 2025 Scorecard, Class 10 Certificate and Marksheet (for date of birth verification), Class 12 Certificate and Marksheet, valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport), eight passport-size photographs, Provisional Allotment Letter, Caste Certificate (if applicable), and PwD Certificate (if applicable).
With the amended counselling timetable, the MCC has also confirmed that Round 3 registration will take place from September 29 to October 5, 2025.
