The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the application process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2026. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications online until March 8. The NEET UG 2026 will be held on May 3.
Before filling out the NEET 2026 application form, make sure you understand the photo criteria. A repair window will be open from March 10 to 12 to make any necessary modifications.
To apply, visit the official NEET website and fill out the application form. It is important to note that only eligible applicants may apply, so please review the eligibility requirements before proceeding. The application window is open from February 26 to March 8.
“National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET (UG) – 2026) will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)] for admission to undergraduate medical education in all medical institutions. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines i.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UG) shall also be applicable to admission to BHMS course as per National Commission for Homeopathy Act, 2020,” read the notification in the NEET website.
NTA has announced that the exam will be conducted in 13 regional languages, including Odia, this year.
“The languages in which the NEET (UG) 2026 would be conducted are: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu”, read the notification.
