RCB vs GT Highlights, IPL 2026 Final: Virat Kohli’s brilliant 75* off 42 helped Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) win the IPL 2026 final in Ahmedabad on Sunday. Chasing a goal of 156, Kohli went unbroken from start to finish, leading RCB to their second consecutive IPL triumph. He overcame an injury to score the fastest half-century of his IPL career, and they will enter 2027 with two stars on their chest, hungry for a third consecutive title. Gujarat Titans were easily defeated, first by a bowling performance led by Bhuvneshwar Kumar that reduced them to 155/8, which was never going to be enough. In response, an aggressive start put the outcome beyond doubt, before Virat Kohli scored his quickest IPL half-century to lead the pursuit to a five-wicket victory. RCB captain Rajat Patidar won the toss and chose to bowl, and the decision paid off when GT skipper Shubman Gill and opening partner Sai Sudharsan left in the powerplay. Washington Sundar took advantage of a lifeline to slam a half-century. Rasikh Salam Dar got three wickets, while Josh Hazlewood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar each claimed two.
