NEET UG Counselling 2025 Revised Schedule: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released a revised schedule for NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2. The revised dates are now available on mcc.nic.in, the official website. It is recommended that candidates taking part in the second round of counseling thoroughly review the updated schedule.
MCC has extended the resignation period for Round 1 in addition to the revised dates for Round 2. Until September 3 at 5 p.m., candidates may withdraw from their assigned seat without forfeiting their security deposit. Resignations will not be accepted after this date without incurring penalties.

As per the notice, the registration process for Round 2 will begin on September 4, and close on September 9. Choice filling will be available from September 5 to 9, with choice locking scheduled between 4 pm and 11:55 pm on September 9.
The results of the second round of seat allocation will be announced on September 12, 2025, after the allocation process is completed between September 10 and September 11. Between September 13 and September 19, candidates who have been assigned seats must report to their respective institutes. The data of the joined candidates will be checked by the institutes between September 20 and 21.
MCC revises schedule for state quota counselling
Alongside the all-India counselling process, the schedule for state counselling quotas has also been revised. Students applying under these quotas should carefully go through the updated timelines.

According to the updated timetable, the second round of state counseling will be held from September 4 to September 12, with September 19 as the deadline for joining. The third round will start on September 24 and end on October 3. Verification and reporting procedures will then follow.
