1) Honey

Dilute 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in warm water and drink approximately twice a day for best results.
3) Peppermint
Peppermint oils have anti inflammatory, anti viral and anti bacterial properties. This is very helpful to get rid of a sore throat quickly. The peppermint oil should not be consumed directly. You can mix it in warm water or add it to tea. You can even create a steam pot and add the oil to it. Just add 3-4 drops pf the oil in the steam.
4) Chamomile tea
It is one of the oldest known remedies to cure a sore throat. 5) Salt water gargle

Mix half a tea spoon of salt in lukewarm water and gargle for approximately 10-15 minutes. Repeat at least twice a day.
6) Ginger
It is not uncommon to add ginger to one’s tea. In addition to the added flavor its anti inflammatory properties helps to kill the infection causing bacteria.
