CBSE Class 10th and 12th Practical Examinations in 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that the practical exams and internal assessments for classes 10 and 12 in winterbound schools will start in November 2022. The notice is available on the CBSE’s official website, cbse.gov.in.
The official notice states that the practical exams, project, and internal assessments for classes 10 and 12 for winter bound schools will begin on November 15 and end on December 14. However, the Board has clarified that these practical exam dates are only for winter-bound schools, not regular session schools.
The Board made this decision because the winter-bound schools are expected to remain closed in January.
However, the Board has also instructed all winter bound schools that the marks for all practical exams, projects, and internal assessments be uploaded concurrently from the start of the practical examinations. “The uploading of marks shall be completed by last date of respective class. No extension of the dates shall be considered by the Board,” the official letter stated.
If there are more than 20 students, the Board has also instructed schools to ensure that the exams are held in two or three sessions per day.
