The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the application correction window for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in September 2026. Candidates who have already submitted their application forms can now make adjustments by going to the official website, ctet.nic.in.
According to CBSE, candidates can use their application number and password to access the rectification service. Changes may only be made in fields approved by the board. The board indicated in its notification that once the rectification window closes, no additional requests for adjustments will be granted.
How to make corrections in CTET September 2026 application
Step 1: Visit the official website at ctet.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the CTET September 2026 correction window link
Step 3: Log in using your application number and password
Step 4: Edit the required details in the application form
Step 5: Review the changes carefully and submit
Step 6: Download and save the confirmation page for future reference
The CTET is used to assess whether candidates are qualified to teach in central government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and other institutions that recognize CTET scores.
Candidates are recommended to check the official website on a daily basis for information on exam city slips, admit cards, and exam dates.
